National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is proud to host a kidney screening event at Lamb of God Missionary Baptist Church. This FREE event will include a review of participants’ health history, basic vital signs, urine testing for participants with an elevated risk of kidney disease, and discussion with a medical provider. No pre-registration is necessary and no medical insurance is required. Results are processed while you wait!
