National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is proud to serve as the convening organization for the Council of Nephrology Social Workers and Council on Renal Nutrition Wisconsin Chapters. These groups gather annually at the NKFW Renal Professional Conference. We also host periodic working meetings to discuss topics of local interest as well as continuing education opportunities.
