The mission of the National Kidney Foundation has always included advocating for the availability of all organs for transplantation. The Living Donors Together program, a community of living organ donors and organ donation advocates, offers online educational programs and open discussions about various aspects of living donation.
Save Wednesday, November 20 to hear one woman’s amazing donation story that started at the age of fifteen. There will also be a presentation on the new HONOR THE GIFT advocacy campaign focused on eliminating the limits on coverage for immunosuppressive medication for kidney transplant patients.
