The mission of the National Kidney Foundation has always included advocating for the availability of all organs for transplantation. The Living Donors Together program, a community of organ donation advocates, offers online educational programs and open discussions about various aspects of living donation.

There are currently 270 patients in Wisconsin waiting for a liver transplant! Make plans to listen to the story of a living liver donor during the next online webinar/meetup on September 18. The criteria and process of being considered as a potential living liver donor will also be presented.

Speakers: Shannon Sova, RN, BSN
Liver Donor Coordinator
Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin

Cami Loritz
Living Liver Donor
