The past month has been full of unexpected challenges for the entire healthcare  AND medical community, especially those of you who serve or support kidney patients.

While there are a lot of unknowns in the days ahead, you are invited to take a break from your work stresses on Thursday evening, April 9 at 6:00pm.

The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin has asked two-time living donor kidney transplant recipient, Jenn Fredericks to lead a special private Zoom meeting designed specifically for healthcare and medical professionals.

As a tribute to every healthcare and medical professional, the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin  is proud to partner with Jenn and her colleague,  Lori Kuhn from Thrive to present Putting Your Oxygen Mask On First: Cultivating Compassion Resilience During Trying Times.”

REGISTER for this free online healthcare/medical gathering by signing up here.

Jenn and Lori want to remind you about the importance of compassion resilience and how to cultivate it within yourself using awareness, acceptance and alignment.

EVERY ONE of us needs support during these trying times.

You will leave with some reminders or even new tools for practicing self-care, boundary setting and balancing emotions that can contribute to burnout.

Join online on Thursday, April 9.
