Joint Working Meeting for Wisconsin Chapters

Wednesday | May 14 | 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM

UW Health – Eastpark Medical Center

4621 Eastpark Blvd, Madison, WI 53718 | Virtual Option Available

Topic: Join in a collaborative conversation for social workers, dietitians, and representatives from Wisconsin’s transplant centers as we explore BMI barriers to kidney transplantation and brainstorm improvements that are within our control.

This meeting is a follow-up to the transplant barrier discussions CNSW-WI held last spring. We will be sharing some outcomes of those sessions at this meeting, but no prior involvement is necessary to join in this conversations.

Special thanks to our hosts at UW Health Transplant Center for supporting this work. Thanks to their generosity, refreshments and lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees. View parking directions and map

Special thanks to our hosts:
