The KEEP HEALTHY program is the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin’s most direct way of fighting kidney disease. The program’s main focus is helping to detect early signs of possible kidney problems by organizing health screenings. A health screening includes several simple tests – a blood pressure check, a urine test, and a body mass index measurement. Results are shared by a physician or other healthcare professional along with discussion of a risk survey.
Anyone 21 years of age or older is welcome to participate, but registration/an appointment is required. This screening also requires fasting after midnight.
