Vision: The Vision of the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) is to identify itself as Wisconsin's leading public health resource for all individuals and their families affected by or at-risk of chronic kidney diseases (CKD).

The NKFW is committed to reducing the impact of CKD through its prevention, detection and early intervention programs; constituent and professional education programs; public policy and advocacy initiatives; organ and tissue donor awareness; community collaborations and direct support for kidney-related research.
