As a healthcare professional, you know how important it is to have current information.
Each year, the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin provides thousands of dollars worth of brochures and other educational information to dialysis units, transplant centers, nephrology offices and other health professionals, free of charge. Materials are available to educate patients and those at-risk of developing chronic kidney disease.
Many brochures and fact sheets are available online at www.kidney.org .
Printed materials that are not available online are provided free of charge by the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin; monetary contributions are welcomed to help defray the costs of purchasing, processing and shipping of these orders.

Four new Medicare Part D brochures developed by the Kidney Medicare Drugs Awareness and Education Initiative, which is being led by the National Kidney Foundation. The initiative is a service of the kidney community, designed to provide timely, consistent, reliable, and up-to-date information about Medicare and Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D).
